Unicorn Dalmatians–they really do exist
Looking for that one-in-a-million Dalmatian? One that’s health-tested, athletic, the chameleon that can run a marathon with you or spend Saturday on the couch for that Netflix Binge, but who is also unique and rare in colors you didn’t even know existed? Are they a family dog or too aggressive?
I’m not sure where the rumor started, but I’m frequently asked if Dalmatians are aggressive, I’ve never found this to be true, especially with our dogs. Our dogs are very gentle with kids and love to be involved in family activities.
We believe the aggressive rumor started because Dalmatians like to “smile,” which looks a little like they are bearing their teeth. Ironically, this is the opposite of aggression, it’s actually a sign of submission.
