I'm so glad you found us! I know it's because you have fallen in love with the beautiful spotted Dalmatian! These dogs truly are magnificent, known not only for their stunning appearance but also for their loyal and affectionate nature. We're happy to match families, like yours, with their perfect spotted friend. 

We are located in central Missouri - between Sedalia and Warsaw. This is a picturesque part of the country has plenty of wooded trails and natural surroundings for exploring. We find this beneficial to keeping our active dogs healthy and happy.

A little about me, I have over a decade in Animal Cruelty Investigations, dealing with various forms of animal abuse, including hoarding, puppy mills, and neglect/cruelty cases. These were emotionally challenging and taxing. I was the lead investigator in hundreds of cases. It is important to clarify the terms "puppy mill" and "backyard breeder" to help educate people about the realities.

A "puppy mill" is a facility that prioritizes profit over the wellbeing of the dog. They house large numbers of dogs in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions, with little to no access to vet care, exercise, or socialization. The dogs are kept in small, raised wire cages. Puppies from puppy mills may suffer from a variety of health problems, including congenital defects, parasites, and infectious diseases.

On the other hand, a "backyard breeder" is an individual who breeds dogs without proper knowledge, experience, or resources to raise healthy puppies. Backyard breeders often lack understanding of genetics and breeding practices, which can result in puppies with health issues. These dogs are often kept in poor conditions and may not receive adequate food, water, shelter, or veterinary care. 

A little more about me, I have extensive training with a natural disaster response team. I have personally been involved with search and rescue of a handful hurricanes - Hurricane Florence, being the most impactful one. I did national and international interviews, with many different news stations, as well as the Weather Channel, who release a segment on one of our rescues! It was all over the news, regarding Sophie!

We have found a deep love for not only traditional black spotted Dalmatians, but also the ones of the rarest color.  We have black, liver, lemon, orange, black tri, liver tri and SABLE spotted Dalmatians. Dalmatians really do come in a rainbow of colors. We always keep health and temperament as number one in our program, before color and coat length.
